Office's of fair trading/consumer affairs in Australia:

Consumer rights departments and there specific complaints departments are listed below State by State. New South Wales on-line is the most comprehensive and it's was surprisingly efficient to make a complaint. You receive an automated acknowledgement followed by a Reference Number and sometimes a human response 3 or 4 days later.
